Standard forms of contracts, terms & conditions may need to be reviewed, tested and modified to suit special situations that a project may encounter. In some cases, a contract may need to be re-drafted if the nature of the project is out of the norm with respect to the scope and/or how it's being designed, fabricated, transported and installed.

During the execution of the project, contracts administration plays an important role to ensure that all obligations are complied, variations to contract from misinterpretations are avoided and disputes mitigated and resolved.
