Interface between contractors are critical in complex projects having many esoteric components that are performed by specialist contractors. These different contract packages interface at their scope boundaries with respect to handover or connection of equipment, exchange of design information, transportation or transfer of equipment or material. The Interface Management scope includes scheduling, contracts drafting and site management of the project activities to ensure seamless execution of the project as a whole across the many packages.
