This option is for the lean project OWNER organisation where the OWNER is more concerned of the strategic issues of the project and how it intertwines with the objectives of the OWNER organisation. Centaur Project Controls performs as a single point entity acting on behalf of the OWNER with respect to all its contractual parties and will execute all management and supervision over all the activities throughout the project phases to ensure that the project objectives are met.
Project Control/Advisory services
This is for project OWNERs who prefer to have direct technical and contractual control over the project contractors but would like to augment the Project Management Team with external resources that have the expertise and tools in the areas of Schedule & Cost Control and Risk Management.
The Project Advisory provides strategic advise on Project Execution planning, Procurement planning, Contracts Management. The Project Advisory also reviews any critical operational issues that significantly affect cost and time.
Project Advisory services
This option is for the project OWNER organisation who are well resourced to manage the project directly but would like the benefit of a cold eye review on the health of the project for further improvements or to pre-empt any adverse project issues.
The Project Advisory also provides strategic advise on Project Execution planning, Procurement planning, Contracts Management.
